Tesco: Full time – Part time would be considered

Shift Pattern: Varies from day to day but are planned in advance

You will be responsible for
* Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills.
* Coaching your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store, building its brand and providing customers with the right range, quality and service.
* Leading your team in driving trade activity, using your expertise to grow sales and maximize profit.
* Building your managers' knowledge to deliver and sustain Store Change Plan and resource planned activities.
* Ensuring the safety of your colleagues and that your store is always trading legally.
You will need
* A great communicator who shares knowledge and works collaboratively with your team.
* A natural and welcoming demeanor with customers, putting them at the heart of everything you do.
* Energy and resilience to maintain momentum in challenging environments.
* Drive to deliver beyond expectations and inspire confidence in those around you.
* Awareness of competitors and a proactive approach to improving the store for customers.
