About The Role
Your role is to manage and co-ordinate the swift and efficient resolution of maintenance issues which arise for our tenants. This will be achieved through excellent organisation and communication skills - ensuring tenants feel cared for and up to date throughout any maintenance issues. You will be directly contributing to a positive X1 experience, and be delivering a service that the company can be proud of.
Some Of The Role Responsibilities Are
1. Organising maintenance within properties.
2. Assisting in the summer turnaround of apartments each year.
3. Maintaining accurate file notes.
4. Create full refurbishment work proposals for properties.
5. Complete full written and photographic inventories of properties and their contents.
6. Arranging all compliance works.
About You
This is a great role for someone already experienced in the property industry, particularly within Property Management. The successful candidate must be highly organised, possess a professional and friendly personality, have excellent written and spoken communication skills, great attention to detail, and fantastic time management. You must also hold a full UK driving licence.

We offer
Salary: £22,308 - £26,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus sponsorship of industry ARLA qualifications and staff perks such as complimentary on-site gym.
