Job summary NHS Birmingham and Solihull has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic pharmacy technician to join the Medicines Management and Optimisation (MMO) Team. The post holder will be working with GP practices to support the implementation of the MMO strategy to promote high quality, evidence based, safe and cost-effective prescribing. The MMO team have core operational hours between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday; team members will work their agreed hours during this time. Main duties of the job The Medicines Management and Optimisation Team is a large, dynamic, and innovative team, providing expert pharmaceutical advice to GPs and other primary care clinicians. As a Elderly Care Medicines Technician you will be joining an innovative team helping to implement the ICS (Integrated Care System) strategy of improving care for people living in the Birmingham and Solihull footprint.
