PU RPOSE OF ROLE Reporting into the Retail Development Manager, as Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for planning and executing visual strategy and maintaining visual excellence in line with brand guidelines and overseeing seasonal activations in all Bucherer UK London stores. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY Maintaining visual excellence and standards across all Bucherer UK stores in line with brand guidelines and expectation. Ensuring a consistent visual client experience and environment throughout the business Overseeing and coordinating instore installations and de-rigs Execute seasonal creative store animations Liaising directly with external brand representatives, managing visual installs and requests in a timely and professional manner. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, buying and accounts to ensure smooth running of the creative department Providing photographic updates on recent installs and updates Working alongside the marketing team, generate ideas and present internal event concepts. Implement and assist with event set-up and de-rig Training in-store Visual Ambassadors and sales associates in visual expectations to maintain brand visual excellence and retail objectives. Implementing visual displays and windows Ensuring budget compliance with Retail Development Manager Overseeing VM logistics for shipments and returns to brands/ stores Maintaining a positive relationship with store managers and team to effectively support current business and visual needs as they arise Proactively seeking and staying up to date with new trends and concepts Utilising sales figures and store performance indicators to inform product and VM changes accordingly Communicating merchandising changes and booking installs/ de-rigs with the store teams Supporting with all VM requests and tool orders The above is representative of the main responsibilities of the role but is not an exhaustive list. PRACTICAL / TECHNICAL KNOW HOW Experience in the luxury market, preferably watches Familiarity with D365 is a bonus Computer literate with strong written and verbal skills Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft suite PERSON SPEC Inspiration / Excellence / Speed / Accountability / Inclusion Preferred 2 years luxury visual merchandising experience Great communication and interpersonal skills Must be comfortable with ever changing priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and a passion to work efficiently to meet deadlines Candidate should be open to regular travel as needed within the hub or region to support the visual team as needed Available to work ad-hoc overnights, weekends or early mornings when required to meet business needs Bucherer Values.
