Essential Skills: Expertise in Earned Value (EV): Proficient in tracking and reporting on EV, ensuring accurate assessment of project progress. Cost and Resource Tracking: Advanced knowledge in cost and resource tracking to optimize project efficiency. Change Management: Advanced experience in handling Extensions of Time (EoT) and a deep understanding of Change Management processes. Reporting Excellence: Advanced reporting skills to provide actionable insights to project stakeholders. Effective Communication: Exceptional communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders effectively. Commercial Acumen: Solid knowledge of commercial processes for change and period-end evaluations. Document Control: Proficiency in document control processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Risk and Opportunities Reporting: A strong understanding of risk and opportunities reporting to mitigate potential challenges. NEC Experience: Solid experience working with NEC contracts. Primavera P6: Proficiency in P6, including resource and cost loading capabilities. Experience: 10 Years: A decade or more of experience in project controls roles. Team Development: Previous experience in developing and leading project controls teams. Previous Roles: Former roles such as Ex-Project Controls Lead/Manager, Ex-Quantity Surveyor (QS) with project controls experience, or Ex-Planning Manager. Preferred Skills: Engineering Background: Civil engineering background is preferred. Power BI Proficiency: Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and analysis. Proximity to Sellafield: Living near Sellafield or in North England is advantageous. Career Growth: This role is within a newly created business unit with ambitious growth plans.
