Due to continued growth, our client is expanding in theKent area and looking for a dedicated nurse leader to join our team!The Role:As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on support to children and their families while designing personalised care plans.
You will work closely with a team of carers, offering training and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care.What Were Looking For:Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) with at least 6 months UK experience and an active NMC PINStrong leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop a teamUp-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators (within the last 2 years)Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with families and healthcare teamsBand 5 / Band 6 Nurses with proven leadership experience are welcome to applyFull UK Driving Licence (essential)Key Responsibilities for a Paediatric Clinical Lead:Develop tailored care plans to meet individual client needsOversee and support a team of carers, ensuring high clinical standardsProvide ongoing monitoring, assessments, and interventionsWork closely with MDTs, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to maintain bespoke care packagesBuild strong relationships with children and their familiesWhats In It for You?
