Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager for their specialist dementia nursing home.
7. You will ensure Residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their well-being.
8. Contribute to the efficient and effective day-to-day management of the human resources involved in providing care through the staff team and ensuring that the required standards are maintained.
9. Ensure all recording systems and organisational documentation are of a high standard and kept up to date.
10. Be responsible for all staff receiving formal supervision and appraisals.
11. Oversee the duty rota monthly in advance ensuring the correct skills and numbers on duty.
12. Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals you support.
13. Experienced Home Manager within the Elderly care sector, dementia care
14. A thorough understanding of CQC standards – has achieved outstanding and good CQC reports throughout the period of Registered Manager.
15. Required: NVQ Level 5
16. Required: Good IT skills in MS word, excel and power point.
