Description The key responsibilities of a Payroll Manager will include: Manage and oversee all payroll processes and procedures Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately Manage relationships with payroll providers Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies Supervise and coach team members to enhance performance Prepare reports for senior management Handle payroll tax, benefits and pension administration Participate in payroll system upgrades and testing Profile A successful Payroll Manager should have: Experience in payroll management and end-to-end payroll processes. Knowledge of payroll software ideally Oracle. CIPP/ CIPD qualified. Experience with manual calculations with the ability to teach junior team members. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Understanding of payroll taxes and benefits administration Job Offer A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £48,000 per annum.
