Our front of house team is an integral part of our villages, so we need the very best people at the helm, where you will provide excellent customer services that exceed expectations for all visitors.
On top of excellent hospitality experience, our Receptionists will have a warm and friendly personality that people instantly connect with.
The Role
As you will be the first point of contact, you will be meeting and greeting all the visitors to the Village, taking phone calls, and assisting medical professionals along with families and friends during their visits. You will need to ensure that all information is kept confidential and that the reception area is tidy at all times.
About You
You will have a positive outlook and be a naturally accommodating person. The ability to work in a team, take direction, and work alone when needed is essential. This role is varied, so you need to be adaptable.
Salary
£12.00 per hour

This role is a casual position.
Hours
Our reception is manned between 8am and 10pm, seven days a week. Flexibility to cover these hours is essential.
