We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering a £2 million fit out project in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day site operations ensuring the project runs smoothly and to programme
2. Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
3. Manage project documentation and report progress to the Project Manager
4. Ensure H&S regulations are adhered to at all times
5. Maintain effective communication with the wider project team and client
Requirements:
1. Previous experience managing fit out projects (ideally in the £1m-£5m range)
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
