Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on Science lessons tailored to Key Stage 4 students. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students and ensure their progress. Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation. Establish strong, trusting relationships with students to foster confidence and personal growth. Collaborate with colleagues to monitor and support student achievement and well-being. Candidate Requirements: Fully qualified teacher status (QTS) with a specialism in Science. Experience teaching Key Stage 4 students, ideally in alternative provision or similar educational settings. A compassionate and patient approach, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. A proven ability to inspire and motivate students facing educational challenges.
