Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are looking for a Female Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centered care for a wonderful lady in Skelton.
About the Role:
Hours:
Three days a week: 08:00-10:30 & 15:30-20:00
Other four days: 09:00-20:00, 09:00-16:00, and 16:00-20:00.
Responsibilities:
- Support with all aspects of daily life, including personal care, assistance with eating and drinking, and administering medication.
- Moving and assisting support (wheelchair and hoist use required).
- Accompanying the lady to activities such as swimming (twice a week), a local SEN disco, and fitness classes.
- Always working as part of a 2:1 support team for safe moving and handling.
What We're Looking For:
- A female support worker who is compassionate, patient, and proactive.
- A driver with a valid license (to assist with travel in her own car).
- Willingness to support someone with a wheelchair and hoist when required.
- Someone who values inclusion and understands the importance of enabling independence.
