I'm currently partnered with a fast growing travel business in Wythenshawe who are looking to add a finance assistant to their team on an initial 3-6 month contract. What you'll do:
As a Finance Assistant, you will be immersed in the financial operations of a leading travel company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing and logging supplier invoices, handling supplier queries, raising customer invoices, managing expense claims and supporting month-end accounts preparation. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and other Finance Assistants, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.

* Supporting month-end accounts preparation and ad-hoc finance projects
What you bring:
As the ideal candidate for the Finance Assistant role, you bring along a strong educational background with particular strengths in numeracy and literacy. You have some experience with office-based software like Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Your attention to detail is impeccable, complemented by an analytical mindset. You possess excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Your proactive nature coupled with your hardworking attitude makes you stand out. Moreover, your ability to multitask effectively allows you to manage priorities efficiently.
