Operations Assistant (Administrator) Required Mon to Fri - 8am - 4pm (with a 30 min unpaid break) £14.35 per hour, paid weekly Temp to Perm opportunity We are working in partnership with a luxury, high end brand based in Milton Keynes to recruit for an experienced administrator to join their team as an Operations Assistant on a temp to perm basis. This is an immediate start and is a genuine temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate, going permanent after 12 weeks in post. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Order Placement / Management Working closely with the Operations Specialists to ensure all manual orders are captured and processed in line with SLAs Placement of LVMH online orders where necessary To help in solving order management issues if they arise Commercial Invoice generation Any ad-hoc duties as required Internal Collaboration Develop internal relationships within brands to ensure that you are seen as a trusted partner and to promote operational excellence Respond to all queries and issues related to orders in a courteous and timely manner To clearly communicate the status of, and manage all orders and launch orders internally and externally to the wider team Logistics Management Ensure all orders have a shipping date in line with the warehouse shipping schedule To communicate the order flow status to all relevant business stakeholders Create and assist logistics partners in obtaining bookings with retailers Managing and investigating courier claims Actioning and monitoring out of schedule requests with the 3PL partner KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: We are seeking candidates who have excellent written and verbal communication skills, someone who is action orientated and proactive and results driven. Candidates will ideally have previous administration experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ideally have experience of using SAP and AX. French or Italian language skills would be advantageous but not essential. PAY RATE: £14.35 per hour, paid weekly in arrears. We are a Flexible Pay Employer that offers Wagestream.
