We are looking to appoint a part time Teaching Assistant to provide support to children with SEND. The successful candidates will: Be an experienced practitioner with high expectations Be experienced at working with children with a variety of SEND needs Have worked 1:1 with children with specific learning, physical and social needs Be successful in using strategies to raise attainment Be committed to children’s progress These posts will require the successful applicants to be self-motivated, have good communication and organisational skills, a friendly manner and be able to work under pressure.
