Job Summary:
Vault X is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimise our inventory management, logistics operations, and supplier relationships. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations across multiple regions and manufacturers. Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels across all channels and locations, ensuring timely restocking and minimising waste.
* Logistics Coordination: Manage relationships with manufacturers, 3PL warehouses, and shipping partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of goods.
* Marketplace Operations: Collaborate with e-commerce teams to streamline supply chain processes for marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and other third-party platforms.
* Tools: Play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining inventory management and demand planning processes such as an OTB.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to forecast demand, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and marketplace standards.
Essential Experience and Skills:
* Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the e-commerce or consumer goods industry.
* Expertise in inventory management and logistics coordination.
* Familiarity with third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, including FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage operations across multiple regions (UK, Europe, N. America and Australia).
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. APICS, CSCP) are a plus.
* Valid passport and ability to travel (overseas travel to visit trade shows/suppliers is likely).
* Legally entitled to live and work in the UK.
Bonus Skills:
* Experience of Microsoft Fabric, SQL and No and Low Code platforms such as Zapier.
* Experience with critical paths and project management tools.

Pay: £43,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday - Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday anchor days in the office (after probation)
