Post Graduate qualification in Autonomous Practice is essential and a non-medical prescribing qualification is also essential. Main duties of the job To perform as an autonomous practitioner working independently across our PCN and with other health care professionals. Managing daily surgeries of face to face, online and telephone consultations to assess, diagnose and treat patients with a range of acute, non-acute and chronic medical conditions, initiating direct referrals as appropriate.
