The Role
As a HLTA, you will:
1. Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons.
2. Lead small groups and individual interventions to support student learning.
3. Help maintain a positive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged and engaged.
4. Work closely with children with varying needs, ensuring every child is given the attention they deserve.
5. Assist in planning, preparing resources, and assessing student progress.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
2. Be confident in leading learning activities and supporting children with various needs.
