We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support Financial Planners and clients in all aspects of client service and new business administration. Key Responsibilities Acting as a key point of contact for clients, responding to queries promptly and professionally. Supporting financial advisers by preparing client packs, portfolio reviews, and documentation. Processing new business applications and managing ongoing client servicing requirements. Liaising with clients, providers, and third parties to gather and verify information. Ensuring compliance with GDPR and regulatory requirements. Assisting with technical calculations, such as CGT optimisation and top slicing. Handling administrative tasks, including updating client records, writing letters/emails, and maintaining internal systems. Answering phone calls, managing incoming/outgoing post, and ensuring smooth office operations. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a professional services administration role. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
