We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse/FLT Operative (Counterbalance) to join our team. In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure stock is handled safely and efficiently. If you’re organized, safety-conscious, and enjoy a dynamic work environment, this position could be a great match for you Your Key Responsibilities: Sort and move stock safely using both MHE and manual methods. Pick and pack materials according to customer specifications while maintaining quality. Adhere to safety standards and report any issues or equipment defects promptly. Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist with 5S housekeeping. Support the annual stock take and complete necessary paperwork accurately. What We’re Looking For: Experience in warehouse operations with a valid counterbalance FLT certification. Strong focus on safety and adherence to procedures. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to cover other roles and assist with absences as needed.
