Job Description
* Assist with the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates.
* Contribute to onboarding efforts for new employees.
* Participate in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Support the HR department in administrative tasks and data management.
* Help with the organisation of training events and programmes.
* Coordinate with different departments to streamline HR processes.
* Assist in the development of staff welfare programmes.
* Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with all legal and company regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior HR Executive should have:
* An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar fields.
* Prior experience in a HR role, preferably in the retail industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* A keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
