Recently rebranded and being driven by a new CEO and Executive Team, Bionical Health’s mission is to expand its footprint even further, and now is the time for an experienced Marketeer to support us on this quest. Based at the beautiful Head Office at Mercia Marina in Willington, Derby, you will be the face of our Marketing function in a standalone position, therefore the successful person won’t be afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in at all levels. Building and implementing a marketing strategy will be a given, and as no previous marketing function has ever existed, you will have a blank canvas for your imagination to run free Ideally you will be from a healthcare or life sciences background, however this is not a must as essentially, we are more about positivity, drive and bringing new ideas to the team. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the development and implementation of a brand strategy to drive growth and market presence for Bionical Health Develop content, including written and video, tailored for the intended audience and to optimise maximum reach Collaborate with the commercial team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives Strong inspirational leadership skills to influence both internal and external stakeholders Create a positive environment within our internal workforce and external contacts Develop and deliver marketing campaigns that support our recruitment plan, working in close collaboration with the HR team Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media Set up and manage the company’s social media presence and content Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels Monitor and analyse brand performance and marketing strategy metrics, providing regular reports to the Senior Leadership Team Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives Oversee and promote the consistent use of our brand across all channels including core messages, tone and visual brand Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources Foster a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement within the marketing strategy Ensure all marketing activities are patient outcomes focused and align with our company values If you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV to this job post.
