We are looking on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer with the medical and aesthetics industry, for a Digital Lead to take ownership of their digital strategy, manage social media, SEO, PPC, CRM automation, and digital performance reporting. What Youll Do:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert customers.
Own and manage all social media channels, creating engaging content and building brand awareness.
Oversee website performance, SEO, and PPC campaigns, working with external agencies to optimise content and user experience.
Manage CRM automation, ensuring data-driven, personalised marketing.
Track and analyse key digital metrics, making recommendations to improve performance.
Edit and enhance video content to maximise audience engagement.
Who You Are:
Analytical & Data-Driven You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret website and campaign performance data, identify trends, and optimise marketing strategies for maximum impact.
Creative & Engaging You bring an eye for design and content creation, with experience developing social media content, preferably using Adobe Suite or similar tools.
Strategic & Detail-Oriented You balance big-picture thinking with precision in execution, ensuring accuracy in campaign management, data integrity, and workflow automation.
Technically Skilled You have hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and website management, as well as CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Experienced in Digital Marketing You have a proven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media strategy, paid advertising, and engagement tactics.
A Great Communicator You can clearly convey ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, and engage audiences effectively.
Adaptable & Forward-Thinking You stay updated with digital trends, are eager to test new strategies, and can adjust campaigns based on performance insights.
Organised & Collaborative You can manage multiple projects, work with external agencies, and coordinate with different teams to execute campaigns successfully.
