Your Role:
* Teaching and Support : Follow individualised curriculum's, plan and deliver lessons focusing on communication and life skills.
* Behavioural Support : Apply theory-based interventions to enhance the quality of life for their pupils.
* Personal Care : Encourage and support pupils in maintaining hygiene standards.
* Progress Monitoring : Ensure teaching methods are effective and appropriate for each child's needs.
* Additional Duties : Assist with break time supervision and support activities like playground and snack time.

* Advanced Degrees : Pursue a Master's in High Incidence & Disabilities worth up to £13,000.
* Regular Training : Ongoing training in Safeguarding, Emergency Medication, Behaviour Management, Personal Care, Autism, and more.
What They're Looking For:
* Experience : Professional, personal, or voluntary experience working with children and disabilities.
* Qualifications : Minimum Grade C/4 GCSE in English Language & Maths or equivalent.
* Skills : Comfortable working with children who exhibit challenging behaviour and providing personal/intimate care when needed.
* Composure : Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
