Our client is looking for a Senior Account Director to join their team on a 2-month freelance contract.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Building trusted client relationships and acting as a strategic advisor
* Leading fast-paced press office activity, campaigns, and projects end-to-end
* Overseeing project delivery—from briefing and resourcing to execution and results
* Collaborating with media, digital, influencer, and cross-agency partners
* Managing and mentoring a team of Account Managers and Execs
* Acting as a key escalation point, offering guidance and solutions
* Running regular client check-ins and status meetings
* Ensuring campaign materials align with client strategy and comms goals
* Evaluating campaign effectiveness with smart measurement and ROI reporting
* Juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with confidence
* Driving DEI values in all aspects of work
* Staying sharp on industry trends and fresh thinking
What We're Looking For:
* A proven Senior AD or experienced Account Director ready to step up
* Solid background in FMCG and digital PR (including SEO knowledge)
* Strong handle on the UK media landscape and influencer marketing (earned/paid/owned)
* Experience managing high-pressure press office environments
* Strategic thinker with creative flair and problem-solving mindset
* Comfortable owning client relationships and delivering standout work
* Hands-on leader who supports junior team members and leads from the front
* Commercially savvy and confident managing budgets and performance
* Collaborative, adaptable, and energised by great work and great people
Contract Information:
* Start Date: ASAP
* Duration: 2 months, with a high likelihood of being extended
* Working Pattern: Required on-site 2 days a week in London
* Day Rate: £300-£400 per day, depending on experience
