Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in generating new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive approach to outreach and a genuine interest in understanding clients’ IT needs in order to be successful. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Build and nurture relationships with prospects to identify their IT requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies. Track and report on sales metrics and performance. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
