Job Title: Technical Engineer - Fleet Systems About the Role: Join an established team as a Technical Engineer, providing crucial support to my clients' Major Programmes for Service Operations, focusing on fleet systems, particularly the Enhanced Passenger Information and Communication (EPIC) Programme. Your expertise will ensure optimal fleet systems' performance, aligning with project objectives and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead upgrades of Real Time Passenger Information. Oversee a radio system project and audiovisual next stop announcements. Develop project schedules, risk plans, and monitor budgetary performance. Ensure performance of on-vehicle systems (Wi-Fi, CCTV, Passenger Information Systems, Seat Reservation Systems). Investigate fleet system faults and provide technical advice and training to engineering personnel. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with equality duties. Essential Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Engineering/Technical industry. Fault detection/failure analysis of mechanical/electrical systems. Proficiency in MS Office, and project management. Desirable: Experience with managing projects, technical report writing, and technical standards' communication.
