We are looking for an experienced Office Admin to join our team in the Harworth area. This role is a temp to perm job after 12 weeks.
This role is paid at £12.46 per hour.
Shifts: Monday 8am-4pm, Tuesday - Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-12.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Processing customer enquiries
2. Converting enquiries into Sales
3. Clarifying customer needs and answering queries
4. Attending meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
5. Daily/Weekly reporting
6. Document control
7. Supporting the sales office with key administrative duties
Personal Attributes
1. Previous customer service experience
2. Intermediate level of Microsoft 365
3. Ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines
4. Excellent communication & organisational skills
