FULL TIME LEGAL SECRETARY
We are now in a position to employ a secretary in our extremely busy Falls Road Office. As full training would be given, we are keen to employ a hardworking candidate from Office Junior through to Secretary.
Qualifications / Experience:
Essential: Excellent keyboard skills, good audio typing ability, and exemplary communication skills and telephone manner.
* Experience in Family and Matrimonial would be preferable.
* Audio typing experience.
* Case management experience is preferable.
Duties will include:
* Digital dictation.
* Typing a high volume of legal documents and general correspondence.
* Processing incoming and outgoing emails.
* Managing client files.
* Answering and directing telephone calls.
Desired criteria:
* Experience of LEAP (training can be given).
* Experience of LAMS (training can be given).
Salary: Will commensurate with experience.
