Dilton Marsh Church of England Primary School is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Wraparound Care Assistant to support the Wraparound Care Leader in managing the day-to-day operations of our before-school provision.
The successful candidate will ensure a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children who attend. This role involves assisting with the planning and organising of a range of activities suitable for primary-aged children, taking into account their interests and developmental needs.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for delivering high quality and exciting opportunities for children;
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work with a variety of pupils, staff and parents;
Is self-motivated, energetic and proactive and will support in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality education and care for all of our children;
Has experience of working with children (4 – 11 years old) in a play / educational setting;
Has Food handling experience and/or a Food handling certificate (or willingness to complete one);
Is a strong team player;
Has a positive and flexible attitude;
Can demonstrate a warm and caring approach with children;
Is First Aid trained (advantageous).
