Our client is a well established and expanding Logistics company based in the Blackburn area. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team due to growth.
1. You will be responsible for your own caseload of customer accounts where you will be the main point of contact for any queries and updates on the account.
2. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with your clients and gain in depth knowledge of client stock holdings including costs and selling prices.
3. Other duties will include, liaising with other departments, carrying out stock adjustments, assisting in setting up and maintenance of internal systems
4. Preparing monthly invoices for all services provided
5. Producing KPI reports for your clients and have the willing to undertake any duties as required to assist the business.
To be successful, you must have experience of managing your own caseload of customer accounts and hold a full UK driving licence due to requirements of attending client visits
