My client are seeking an experienced Admissions Officer to join their high school team on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to become long-term. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective students and their families.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry through to enrolment, ensuring all applications are processed efficiently and accurately.
* Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing them with timely and relevant information about the school.
* Conduct school tours and participate in open house events to showcase the school’s facilities and programs.
* Maintain and update student records in the admissions database.
* Collaborate with school administrators to develop and implement admissions strategies.
* Prepare reports and statistics related to the admissions process for senior management.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
