Job Title: Multi-Skilled Plumber

Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association to recruit for a Multi-skilled Plumber on a temporary to permanent contract in Widnes.
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working as a Plumber.
The duties will include:
1. Repairs on tenanted social housing properties
2. Complete works including all aspects of plumbing
3. Carry out responsive repairs using PDA systems
4. Complete aspects of basic patch plastering, painting, and basic joinery
5. Comply with all health and safety procedures on site
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
1. NVQ level 2 in Plumbing
2. Driving licence (van & fuel card provided)
3. Previous experience within social housing or domestic properties
