Braxfield Recruitment are delighted to advertise an exciting new role on behalf of our client: a leading G15 Housing Association. Our client is looking for an interim Retrofit Works Project Manager to join the asset management delivery team.
The interim Retrofit Works Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of large scale retrofit programmes across organisational stock.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Leading the successful planning, controlling and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered to budget, timescale and quality.
* Liaising with sub-contractors, residents and other key stakeholders.
* Developing a good understanding of customer needs and requirements and working towards achieving them.
* Reporting project progress through meetings, reports and presentations.
* Identifying and suggesting areas for improvement and cost savings.

The role is offering a £400 per day umbrella rate.
