About the Role:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Social Creative with a passion for AI-driven social media content and a strong foundation in graphic design. This is a hands-on role where you will work on a range of social-first campaigns, including video, photography, and storytelling. You will collaborate with the marketing, creative, and digital teams to bring 360-degree marketing campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop social content across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
* Attend shoots, create reels, and assist with video content creation (mobile-first)
* Support the graphic design and social content strategy
* Participate in storyboarding, photography, and shadowing during shoots
* Design and manage social media graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut
* Incorporate AI tools (e.g., Google DeepMind) to enhance social media content creation
* Work closely with the Head of Brand and report to Senior Creatives
* Assist with LinkedIn postings, content for organic and paid digital marketing

Requirements:
