We’re looking for a driven and forward-thinking PPC & Affiliate Specialist to join one of the most exciting and innovative areas of our business. Supporting our new categories team at Currys, you’ll play a key role in driving high-quality traffic, boosting conversions, and maximising ROI through smart, data-led paid search and affiliate strategies. Key Role Responsibilities:
1. Develop, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
2. Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and create effective ad copy to target relevant audiences.
3. Optimize ad campaigns for better performance, including adjusting bids, refining targeting, and testing ad variations.
4. Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners to promote the company’s products or services.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate networks, partners, and influencers.
6. Monitor affiliate performance and ensure affiliates are aligned with the company’s goals and marketing objectives.
7. Regularly analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) for both paid search and affiliate channels.
8. Use analytics tools (SA360, Awin, and Adobe) to track and report on key metrics and KPIs.
9. Manage budgets for paid search and affiliate marketing channels, ensuring optimal spend allocation and cost efficiency.
10. Monitor ROI and make recommendations for budget adjustments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
11. Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
12. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the paid search and affiliate landscape.
Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
1. Good level of stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities – both internally and externally.
2. Experience of PPC marketing.
3. Commercial awareness to inform the creation of tactical promotions and commission structures.
4. Numerate with good skills in Microsoft Office and Web Analytics.
