About The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a First Line Service Desk Engineer to join our Service Desk team.
Working with a highly experienced team, this is a great opportunity for someone wanting to increase their knowledge in a busy service desk environment.
Within this role you will be:
1. Troubleshoot issues in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, keeping the customer notified of current progress.
2. Assist in technical IT projects.
3. Provide an effective and proficient desktop support service to both the company and external users; ensuring all required SLA levels are met.
4. Assist in the support of Desktop users' hardware and software issues, including PC, Printer issues, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, peripheral devices, and mobile phones.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need to:
1. Proven excellent customer service and communication skills, written and verbal.
2. Proven excellent skills in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, and other Office products.
3. Proven knowledge of Service Desk environment and ITIL framework.
4. Disciplined, self-organised, and motivated to learn and progress.
