Job summary Head of Cultural and Organisational Development The Head of Cultural and Organisational Development will provide strategic leadership for Organisational Development (OD), Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and Colleague Health and Wellbeing teams. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating a range of OD and staff engagement initiatives that support both the Trust's immediate and long-term strategic objectives.
