As we continue to scale and expand our footprint, we are looking for a Programmatic Operations Global Lead to join our team and drive the programmatic initiatives that align with our business goals and culture. We are part of the Brandtech Group of companies.
Role Summary:
The Programmatic Operations Global Lead is a critical leadership position responsible for defining and executing the organization’s global programmatic advertising strategy within the Operations team and in collaboration with other key stakeholders in each department. The role combines deep expertise in programmatic platforms, SSP operations, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance analytics with technical proficiency in data-driven ad buying.
This leader will also oversee external vendor relationships to ensure optimal delivery, performance, and alignment with business objectives. By collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Tech & Product Development, Sales, Operations, and Analytics—they will drive innovation, scalability, and measurable growth. The ideal candidate brings a deep knowledge in programmatic advertising, strategic vision, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a focus on maintaining a competitive edge in the evolving digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
* Contribute in the development and implementation of the global programmatic strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
* Establish scalable workflows, processes, and best practices across teams and regions.
* Identify and implement emerging trends, technologies, and tools to enhance programmatic effectiveness.
Operational Excellence
* Manage the end-to-end programmatic campaign lifecycle, from setup to optimization and reporting.
* Standardize systems and tools to ensure consistent operations across regions.
* Optimize budget allocation and bidding strategies to achieve KPIs such as ROAS and audience engagement.
Platform & Technology Management:
* Oversee partnerships with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and other key Mobkoi vendors.
* Evaluate and implement programmatic tools and other technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
* Ensure seamless integration of ad tech stack components for accurate reporting and optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
* Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.
* Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices, new technologies, and effective campaign management strategies
* Act as the escalation point for troubleshooting and programmatic-related challenges.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
* Ensure all campaigns comply with industry standards, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and internal policies.
* Oversee quality control to safeguard campaign integrity, mitigate risks, and ensure brand safety.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong focus on SSP management and yield optimisation.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding and/or use of SSPs, DMP and ad-serving platforms. Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
* Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proven experience in yield management, data interpretation, and strategic recommendations.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with a collaborative and strategic mindset.
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem, SSP/DSP functions, ad exchanges, and current trends in digital advertising.
