This hybrid role will see you report into a passionate, friendly and professional Payroll Manager, where you'll be tasked with reporting and delivering an all round payroll and pension role. In addition, the Payroll & Pension role involves the following; End to end payroll Handling all payroll data Handling all payroll queries from employees Work closely with HMRC Report on payroll reports Assist the Payroll Manager on all areas Offer advice on payroll legislation where possible Work closely with HR Have the ability to assist in processing the payroll as a whole Have a strong understanding of pensions Possess full knowledge of NI, TAX, SSP, SMP, SPP etc Be up to date with payroll legislation Possess excellent client and colleague communication skills What do we want as the Payroll & Pensions Administrator; A minimum of 3 years payroll experience CIPP qualified (not essential but would be good) Strong knowledge of the payroll function Strong knowledge of pensions System knowledge such as SAP, Itrent, Northgate etc Excel skills, Pivots, Lookups etc In return you'll receive an excellent package to include; £29000 - £37000 DOE Hybrid working Incredible pension Amazing holidays Additional benefits Central location This really is an incredible opportunity to work for this household name.
