CustomerService Representative – Permanent Full Time - Great Salary!
Site: This is a site based roleout of Bangor Co Down, NorthernIreland
This permanent role will require advisors to workon site in Bangor, Co.DownSalary: £12.60 per hour / £26,208 perannum
StartDate – Mon 7th April2025
Training Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm for 7 Days(Week 1 Mon –Fri 9am – 6pm and Week2 Mon – Tues 9am –6pm)
Working Hours: 40hrs per week (5 days perweek)
Weekdays:Candidates need to be flexible to workbetween Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm (No BankHolidays)
Weekends: No weekends

CSCScards provide proof that individuals working on construction siteshave the appropriate training and qualifications for the job theydo on site. By ensuring the workforce are appropriately qualifiedthe card plays its part in improving standards and safety on UKconstruction sites.
You will provide excellent customerservice when assisting with a variety of customer enquiries andsupport customers via Inbound call handling forGeneral enquiries and to support customers through the Online CSCSCard application process. Assuch, we’re looking for people with a customer-focused attitude,active listening, effective questioning skills, and a strongproduct knowledge.
This is an inbound roleand you will be the first point of contact for people looking forpositive and effective solutions.
