We’re seeking a Director of Data, Technology and Digital Strategy to lead the development and implementation of our data and digital transformation across our group of businesses.
This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and leveraging digital technologies to enhance business performance and customer experience.
Our ideal candidate will already be operating successfully in a similar role and have a strong background in data management, digital strategy, and leadership, with a proven track record of implementing successful data and digital projects, and will be an evangelist of new technologies and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive data, technology and digital strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Data Management: Oversee the collection, storage, management, and analysis of data across the organisation.
• Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new digital tools, business systems and technologies with existing systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to identify data and digital needs and opportunities.
• Technology Evangelism: Research and draft business cases for where new technologies could be adopted. Future-proof systems and processes by horizon-scanning new technologies.
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology management, data management, digital strategy, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and digital technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Strategic thinker with a visionary mindset.
• Adaptable and open to new ideas and technologies.
• Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
