Location: Lowestoft

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm. Friday 9am-5:30pm

Job Summary and key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders are seeking a Property Administrator to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Lowestoft. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity
* Booking of property visits
* Corresponding with customers via both phone and email
* Data entry – both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office
* Imputing data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard
* Photocopying, scanning and filing
* Running errands within and outside of the office
* Taking and transcribing meeting minutes.
