We are also implementing a core enterprise system related to our work order management and asset data management, whilst making changes to our asset lifecycle process. To understand opportunities for process improvement and digitisation, there is a need to document our current processes in the first instance. processing of water for public use and we are hiring two Business Analysts to assist in this transformation. As a Business Analyst, you will be working closely with a project manager, business process owners, other stakeholders, change managers and digital architects to produce the process to the required level to enable the development of process improvements, associated change impact assessments and the digital roadmap. Your responsibilities are to include: Pulling together a series of existing process mapping documentation at different levels and aligning within a full end to end process map at a high level, 1-3 to be determined through engagement with stakeholders required to meet the specific goals of the project. Effective engagement with business SMEs at different levels and colleagues across business, enterprise and data architecture will be critical to success. “As is” business process mapping and documentation.
