The Company:
A well-established UK manufacturer and distributor in the industrial sector.
Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The Role:
- To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- To prepare and send quotations using price lists available
- To process orders and ensure delivery status is updated regularly
- To provide initial fault diagnosis and suggest parts for replacement
- To build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and manufacturers
- To monitor customer feedback and provide suitable suggestions for improvement
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in customer service - Essential
- Fluent in a European language (written and spoken) - Desirable
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate
The Salary: circa £26,000 per annum plus benefits
