Data Entry Operator Needed Full-Time Great Opportunity IRS Group are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is organized and up-to-date. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to work efficiently un-supervised. Duties Accurately enter and update data into Spreadsheets Maintain and organize electronic files and records to ensure easy retrieval of information. Pro-Actively chasing customers on information needed, via emails and calls when necessary. Assist in administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office team. Requirements Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role is preferred. Basic Microsoft experience, including Excel. Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team within an office environment. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving processes is desirable. This will be a full-time and permanent opportunity. Working Hours are Monday to Friday. We are flexible on start/finish times depending on candidate and circumstances across a day shift operation from 0600am-1700pm daily, as long as required hours are completed.
