Our successful client is seeking a Part time HR Administrator to work with the HR Manager on a 3-month Fixed term contract – this could possibly be extended. The HR department is a busy one! This role will be supporting the day-to-day functions within HR and getting involved with project-based work.
Job Description:
Producing letters, contracts, and other HR-related admin duties
Updating the database with employee details
Taking notes in meetings such as disciplinaries and grievance meetings
Supporting the HR Manager with ad-hoc project work
Assisting in updating the company policies
Maintaining confidentiality at all times Candidate Requirements:
GCSE at C grade (or equivalent) in Maths & English
Previous HR admin experience is an advantage
MS Office skills
Strong communication skills
Someone who can work to deadlines
Someone who can understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion
Ideally an individual who is working towards a CIPD qualification Hours: Up to 30 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Pro rata
