Can you answer the following questions? Can you give an example of a project or task you have worked on and how you used SQL to solve a problem? What common SQL commands have you used before on recent tasks or projects? Can you explain the difference between a primary key and a foreign key? How do you handle NULL values in SQL? Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, working closely with development teams to resolve more complex issues. Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring that all applications are running smoothly and efficiently. Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and applications. Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions. Provide training to customers and internal staff on the use of applications. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements: Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, IT). Amazing communication skills and desire to work with people and tech Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SQL databases and database management systems. Experience working with application support and troubleshooting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
