Persistent Evader Manager We are on the hunt for a Persistent Evader Manager to join our Enforcement team at an integral point in the group’s growth period. Reporting into the Operations Director for the Enforcement division, you will be responsible for leading on investigating, reporting and overcoming common evasion techniques. This is a brand new position with direct exposure to a rapidly-growing business area – if you’re looking for your next big challenge, this could be for you What you’ll be doing: Investigating suspicious activities to determine the tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) employed by evaders Leading the development and execution of strategies to prevent and respond to evasive behaviours Working to implement advanced detection methods to enhance tracking of evaders Monitoring and identifying evasive customer behaviours, and working with third parties to ensure reduction of evasion and change evader behaviours Collaborating with stakeholders, sharing insights to seek to overcome persistent evasion strategies Working with clients to trial new solutions to persistent evasion challenges Documenting and reporting findings, maintaining records of trials and results, and identifying vulnerabilities to report to senior leadership Please note that this role will require travel to other Marston sites and any relevant third party offices. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in managing or working within enforcementrelated roles (with a specific focus on persistent evaders) A strong understanding of evasion tactics and behaviours An excellent relationshipbuilder with the ability to forge strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders A solutionsfocused approach with exceptional problem-solving, communication and leadership skills What’s in it for you?
