1. Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to a diverse client base
2. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues

What We're Looking For:
1. Experience in an MSP or IT support environment
2. Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking

4. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
5. Any relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus!
